This is a Beautiful and SCARCE MID 19TH CENTURY ENGLISH SPATTERWARE PITCHER in the CASTLE or FORT PATTERN.   The Castle or Fort pattern is at Center with Green Spatter ground & Trees. Yellow Building in Middle with Brown & Black Buildings on either side then surrounded by lots of BLUE SPATTER. There are 5 colors in total displayed on this early SPATTERWARE pitcher. There are no markings on the bottom of this pitcher which is customary for this type of ware.   Measurements Are: Approximately 5 ½” Tall at the highest point x 3 ¼” di on the bottom.   This wonderful scarce pattern would be a welcome addition to any SPATTERWARE collection. There are NO repairs, NO restoration and NO re-glazing that I can see.  It comes from my old collection of Americana that I have been collecting for the past 50 years and am now offering for sale.
