This ORIGINAL VINTAGE DOCUMENT with GOLD SEAL for

ELIS MARTINUS ELIASSON issued in 1953 from THE STATE

REGISTRATION BOARD FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS in

THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA.

It is in original frame and in excellent condition.
